What types of projects does HPC take on?
We focus on custom outdoor living: patio covers, pergolas, outdoor kitchens, new hardscape, pools, pool remodels, fire features and custom stone overlays. We also take on select kitchen and primary bathroom remodels.
How do design, HOA review and permits work?
We review your goals, survey, community requirements and the approvals appropriate to the scope. Design and preparation come before construction. The schedule depends on the project and the requirements confirmed for the property.
Is financing available?
Financing options can be explored through HPC’s linked providers. Availability, rates, terms and approval are determined by the lender. Ask which options are appropriate for your project.
